Happy Palm Studio

Currently staying here, contract ending in September 2024. The reviews on this place misled me to believe it was the same unit but I'm not too sure it is. So far space is big, in unit laundry convenient. Finding parking can be an issue so sometimes I may or may not get lucky finding somewhere closer. Now that it's summer, it's hot and there's no AC but fans on the ceiling so I would prop the window open. WiFi is very sluggish. There is a key pad to enter before the apartment. As a female traveler, outside environment can be worrisome so just be aware.

The unit you booked which is the Happy Palm Studio, comes equipped with ceiling fans but not an AC, as mentioned in the listing. However, our one-bedroom unit does include AC, which might be the source of confusion from the reviews you read. For your comfort, we recommend utilizing the fans and opening windows for better ventilation. We have several midterm rentals on this street, and all rely on street parking. If you ever need any tips or assistance with parking, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your safety is our priority. The keypad entry is designed to enhance security, and we encourage all guests to be aware of their surroundings. If you ever feel uneasy, please don't hesitate to reach out.

This is best place you can stay in Long Beach

This place is one of the relaxing place you can stay in. the interior is very modern, bathroom is super nice! Its very safe with code key locked at the entrance. Super market is walking distance about 4 minute walk. my drive to where I work at is 4 mins as well. The owners are very respectful and honest. Never had a problem since staying here. also the ac is super cool and big TV just to watch and chill on my days off. The place is very modern vibe and relaxing where you can see trees from outside windows and feel the cool breeze if you open the sliding window. I love this place!

Great place

I love it when I travel somewhere and everything goes smoothly. I did not have to reach out to the landlords as there were no issues during my time here. Everything was simple and the condo was as expected. Travel Stash was professional and accommodating.

Great Apartment

This place is absolutely great it look just like the picture and its worth of paying, the place is very clean and have all the utilities you need in a place I love it, its in a good safe neighborhood and great walking distance to stores and other great places, i am looking forward of staying here long term
