Cozy Room in Central Phoenix

Great location and Host Family

Initially, I was planning to stay for just 3 months, but I extended my stay until June and J & F were so accommodating and flexible in allowing me to extend my stay. They are such great hosts and the property is conveniently located near a Walmart and there's also a Planet Fitness if you are looking to sign up for the Gym. I was new to Phoenix and I would always ask for recommendations on places to go. Jesselin was amazing as she was able to get me cultural passes to enter the Botanical Garden for free. I definitely recommend this property and their hosts! J&F are amazing!

Wonderful Stay

LOVED my stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for housing. I'm a student who was traveling for clinicals, which got extended last minute due to my instructor getting sick. As a student, you have no say over your schedule and assumed I would be scrambling to find housing elsewhere, but they were so accommodating and happily extended my time in their home. Her exact words were along the lines of "I know school can be stressful, so anything we can do to reduce stress for you". They are genuinely two of the kindest people I've encountered. I travel with two dogs who I treat as family, and they not only welcomed my dogs, but took them for walks while I was at my clinical and even sent me updates/pictures, which means A LOT when you're a dog mom. The fenced in backyard was perfect for them to play and explore while I was at work, especially if you're traveling with dogs and work longer hours. They will go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible :)

Comfortably friendly place to stay

I really enjoyed my three month stay here! It is convenient having your own bathroom and a little area that I used as a kitchen. The microwave was already there but I brought an air fryer and crockpot. Of course you can use the kitchen but with my work schedule it was just easier. Everything was very clean when I moved in and toiletries were provided which was thoughtful. My dogs absolutely loved J and F! They are fine to talk to and very accommodating if anything comes up. They have a doggie door and a fenced in backyard. They were more than willing to let my dogs out when I was at work and most of the time I came home from work and my dogs were there to greet me outside. It was just nice knowing I didnt have to feel guilty with my long shifts at work. I walked around the neighborhood with my dogs and was never concerned for my safety. There is either street parking or the driveway and the neighbors are nice as well. Will definitely stay again if work bring me back!

Great property

Owners are very nice and accommodating. I did not have any issues while staying with them for 4 months. They made my stay there very peaceful and relaxing. I was even invited to dinner a couple of times to some great food. The place was stocked just about everything you might need, from extra towels & bed sheets and a wide selection of cookware. My stay was great beyond my expectations, I felt at home. Would certainly stay again if needed.
