Glorious view

Spacious, open concept area inside with lovely views. Easy to enjoy and feel comfortable right away. Sitting on the lanai, you are treated to the calls and sightings of many different birds. Helpful and agreeable landlord. Safe, gated community with country club amenities.

Great community

We enjoyed our stay at Legends. The condo neighbors we met were wonderful and we really enjoyed being so close to one of the pools. There was an AC issue when we arrived, but it was fixed within MINUTES and it worked GREAT the whole month we were there during record breaking high temperatures. The owner was FABULOUS to work with throughout the booking process and throughout our entire stay. We ate a few times at the country club and the food was great, so dont miss out on going there. We felt very safe in this area and loved being in a gated community.

Perfect for Us

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. We had everything we needed within the country club but there were also other restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues close by. We mostly choose to stay in though because it was just so nice here. I worked at Gulf Coast Medical Center which was an easy 10 minute drive. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I worked nights and had no trouble sleeping during the day with my white noise machine on. The most important thing for me is that I felt VERY SAFE here. My husband and I liked to walk late at night when it's cooler and we always felt safe. We enjoyed all the wildlife we saw on our walks too. Our favorite was a pair of owls (screech owls, maybe?) who hung out at the edge of the preserve around 10 PM. If we ever come back to Fort Myers we would definitely stay here again.
