So cozy and accommodating!

I am so glad that I called Kelly via phone when hoping to book her property! She was very courteous, pleasant and the only person that responded immediately. When I explained that I would be in Lynchburg for 3.5 months, she was happy to oblige and we got the ball rolling immediately! Her property was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and most importantly the place was clean and smelled good. Parking was abundant; The commute to the hospital I worked at was about 7 minutes which was extremely convenient. If I had any concerns or questions, Kelly was always available. She's a fantastic landlord and you can tell that they truly love their home. If I were to ever return to Lynchburg for a contract, I'd make sure to seek out this property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Farmhouse! Thank you for everything, Kelly!

Quiet and homey

I stayed here for about 5 months and Kelly couldnt have been more accommodating. The house has everything I needed and more. Its very quiet and comfortable, which is just what I was looking for. Also, its super close to the hospital where I did my contracts. This place is a goodie and would recommend to anyone.

3 month stay

Staying in this apartment for 3 months was a great experience. It was well-stocked with everything I could have needed for my stay and the bed was super comfortable! K made the whole rental experience easy - can't recommend this place enough.

Most comfortable bed Ive had in a furnished apt

I stayed in K's home for almost three months. I actually lived in both the upstairs and the downstairs. I moved to the downstairs unit once it was finished with the renovations. I couldnt tell you which unit I actually preferred because they were both fantastic. The upstairs unit had two very comfortable beds wonderful comfortable living room, the kitchen was well stocked and had the greatest view of the mountain side. It also had a very nice bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The downstairs had two wonderful large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I cannot say it enough how comfortable the beds were in this rental unit. They were the best beds I have slept on in any furnished home I have stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked the living room was comfortable. The entire house was cute and decorated in a very minimalistic yet cozy feeling vibe. While the house was great K was by far the best part. She was so kind and helpful. She made living in a city all alone much easier!
