Perfect location. Safe area to walk. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Very close to the city pool, which is a big well maintained pool. The landlord is amazing. She is very responsive and easy to work with. She really cares about her tenants. The apartment has a private entry. The apartment itself has ample space and a big closet in the bedroom. I would live there if I could.

Perfect Space

This is one of the best places I've stayed so far. The location is convenient to basically everything (stores, restaurants, hospitals). The neighborhood is clean and quiet, perfect for walking dogs if you have pets. The space itself is well stocked with all your basic kitchen supplies, one of the softest beds, and plenty of storage space. The bedroom curtains keep the room pretty dark too without being a total blackout. And as if it couldn't get better, the landlords are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I'd recommend this rental to anyone.

Couldn't ask for more

I've been traveling the country working for about six years now, this has easily been my best experience. Everything is so convenient. Forsyth, Baptist, Brenners... no matter which you take a contract with, they're all within 5 minutes. You have a mall right across the street. Target, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes are just around the corner. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is great, bedroom is dark if you work nights like I do. Landlords are as good as it gets and are always available if you need them. Everything combined, you cant get a better gig in Winston Salem.

Safe and Quiet

I stayed here for 3 months, this rental is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The landlords are always available and make sure you have everything you need-they were kind enough to let me bring my dog and they treated him like one of their own! If youre a night-shifter like me, the curtains are dark and the room is coolperfect sleeping! This place has everything you need. Highly recommend this cozy basement apartment!
