Private Yard - Serene Uni Heights Condo

Loved it here!

I absolutely loved this place - the condo is super clean and has a modern yet cozy decor that makes it feel really warm and inviting. I spent most of my time in the backyard either at the fire pit or hosting dinners with friends at the outdoor dining table. Its not in the pictures, but the owner actually added a work desk when I said I work from home which was super helpful too. I thought the mattress was super comfy. The location is fantastic. Uni Heights is a cool, vibrant neighborhood with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops a short walk away, but far enough that it was quiet and easy to park. The neighbors are incredibly kind and helped me out on a number of occasions. The host was also awesome super helpful and responsive. They provided clear check-in instructions and gave some great local recommendations. Overall, this condo is a real gem and were really going to miss living there. Thanks for everything!

Perfect location, walkable, comfortable

This property is in the best location in my opinion. It's walkable to the main University Heights strip where my favorite wine shop/bar is (Clos). The surrounding area is quiet with historic homes and wide streets. It's still a close drive to the main freeways and chain stores are just down the hill on Texas St. The home is a condo with someone living above you. My boyfriend and I heard some noise here and there but nothing disturbing. The patio is private and unique to this unit. We slept in one of the rooms and the bed was a little soft but still comfortable. I'm not sure what the other bed was like as we didn't sleep in it. We worked remotely from this home and the Wifi was strong enough for us. The neighbors are really sweet and they have a few dogs that roam around from time to time. The only downside was parking in the evening as spots were harder to find at night. All in all, I would recommend this home for a couple or two roommates!
