Great place

Lee is a very kind landlord. He made sure to check in with me on the temperature of the rooms and was willing to adjust it if needed. There's also space heaters available. The space is clean and has no smells. The house is located in a nice and safe neighborhood.

Can't Say Enough Good Things

I stayed with Lee & Mary for 4 months during my rotation and it was the perfect spot! Spacious, clean, and private entrance. They let me use their kitchen whenever (although you have all the basics downstairs) and Mary was even sweet enough to share her baked goods :) Nice, quiet neighborhood, super close to the VA for me. They've got the sweetest pups, but they are not in your space. Lee & Mary are happy to socialize but will also give you space - you mostly will see them downstairs for laundry. Their rate is great and they were such kind hosts, would definitely recommend!

beautiful spacious living space

I was truly blessed to meet L and M while travel nursing in Johnson City. They have a super convenient location that was only a 5 minute drive to the hospital. They always made themselves available if there was anything I needed. M was always making a new desert for me to sample. The puppies are super sweet if you are a dog lover you will be in heaven!

Home Away from Home! Wonderful owners

I could say this is the BEST place i have ever stayed at since I started travel nursing. The house is in a safe neighborhood and only few minutes away from Medical Center. The private suite is very spacious and has everything I needed. I got my own fridge, microwave and own T&B , also can do my laundry in the unit as well. Rent is very reasonable compared to other places around the area. The owners , L & M are very wonderful, and some of the nicest people I have met! They made me feel like family along with their super adorable dogs I would highly recommend to fellow travel nurses looking for a place to stay at JC and would definitely come back if another opportunity comes!

Amazing!!

Pictures tell a little of this amazing place. It's an apartment!... Large living room with TV, table kitchenette area. Large bedroom with your private bathroom. And very clean. L and M are so accommodating to your needs. Both hospitals are within 3 miles. And communication is great. Most comfortable place I've ever stayed in as a travel nurse. Thanks L and M.

Felt like home, hated to leave

It felt like staying home away from home. M and L are wonderful people and the dogs are just so precious. It is very private, I worked nights at the hospital when I was there and I was able to sleep without any problems. I miss being there and would come back again anytime. You will not find a more reasonable place to stay in the area.

The Landlords are amazing!

The couple that lives here rents out the in law suite featured above and they've been nothing short of amazing! The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely safe and they have the sweetest dogs. I can't say enough good things about my time staying here. Now that I have a new position I am moving back down to Florida and I hope they are able to find a tenant like myself that takes care of the place and that they feel comfortable with. Again this place is incredible and the price point is unbeatabe!
