Great experience

I had a great stay here. J was very nice & responsive if I had questions. It was quiet & very comfortable. The bedrooms & bathroom were spacious & I had everything I needed. I enjoyed the location, TV channel access & the large deck. I would definitely stay here again.

Best landlord ever

The landlord J is a total gem. The place is large and spacious, tons of windows to allow natural sunlight, multiple TVs on site with Netflix and Disney plus, great WiFi. Total serene/peaceful area. I'm an ER travel nurse, and J was super accommodating from the first day I arrived, making sure I was okay and recommending food places around the area.I work night shift and it was super quiet and peaceful. I wouldn't consider this a basement since it's just the first floor of the home. The bathroom is huge and spacious. This place is much larger than your regular 2 bedroom apartment. I had multiple packages delivered here, and the landlord was on top it, of making sure my packages arrived and leaving them for me at the doorstep. The location is great. Everything is 5 minutes away: Cheesecake Factory, shopping center, chipotle, ulta, target, Sephora, tons of Asian food. Kaiser sunnyside is 5 minutes away (which is where I worked at).
