Annie is an excellent host. She has been my landlord for three years and is very kind, consistently concerned, and considerate toward her tenants. The house is clean and located in a safe area. You only need to bring your clothes, food, and toiletries; everything else is provided. It has been a pleasure living here.

Annie is such a great host. Stayed there for 3 months for a traveling assignments. Annie is very professional and fast in addressing every concern I have had during my stay! She makes sure everything in the house works for her guests. It is 10/10 in terms of the landlord's service! I would go back stay there again 100%

Stayed here for a short travel SLP assignment with Kaiser. Convenient location, safe neighborhood, and kind, welcoming housemates. Anh was immediately receptive to any issues or concerns. Great spot for travel professionals!

Wonderful stay!

I feel really lucky to have found this place for my clinical rotations in California. I lived here for six months and the room had everything I needed. The house is always clean since A hires cleaners, and I never had to worry about buying anything like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning spray, etc. because she provides those for us. The location was also really convenient; there's a gym 3 minutes away and grocery stores like whole foods and trader joe's only 5 minutes away. Most importantly, A was wonderful and made the place feel like home. She was attentive to our needs as tenants and often went out of her way to make things better for us. I would recommend this place to any travel nurses or medical students!

I Loved It Here

I absolutely loved it here. The house and the room were so beautiful, quiet, and clean always. The host had every amenity that you would need. Perfect for short term rental stays. The roommates were respectful. The location was perfect for my travel assignment. Very close to shopping centers as well, you wouldnt even need a car if you dont want. The host was always available for my needs and questions. It was Gods will for me to stay here for my travel assignment. Literally a home away from home. Everything was safe and secure. If I ever come back to San Jose, Ill be back to this house. Thank you for everything!

Unit 2 & 3

If you are a traveling professional coming to San Jose in need of short term housing, this is the place for you. - Hosts are both very kind, responsive to your needs and take very good care of the property. - House is fully stocked/fitted for all you need and super organized; toilet paper, paper towel, soap, kitchen wares, laundry detergent etc are all provided. - Close to public transportation, malls, shopping and in a very safe & quiet neighborhood. - Cleaner comes in bi weekly but the hosts comes in during the week for touch up clean ups wherever needed. This was a big plus for me. Because of this , the house is always clean and neat. - co-tenants are all travelers, nice and super respectful of each other. Formed a good bond with most of the girls and it felt nice having people to chat with once awhile. - Features in each room are similar but not all the same. So be sure of what comes with your room. -Overall, I had a great experience living here and would 10/10 recommend.

Peaceful, Quiet, Close to everything

I stayed in room 7 and everything in the house was impeccably clean. The kitchen was complete, my housemates were very nice, the hosts are very kind and responsive. I love that this house is very close to public transportation and grocery outlets like Lucky and Target. My stay here was amazing.

Cute Home!

A's home was very welcoming and clean! She was always quick to respond and made sure my check in and check out was smooth and ok. The home is also located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely come back here again if I'm ever in town for another assignment. Thank you, A!

Unit 1

Great neighborhood and close to everything. Dedicated parking. The room is exactly as pictured. TV and desk with a chair. Host is amazing about making the space comfortable, and very responsive if anything comes up. Highly recommend. 5/5. Def would stay again!

Great stay clean and budget friendly

A and K were wonderful hosts! The place was always clean, organized , they attended to all my needs , and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay ! The place is also at a great location and close by all the grocery stores and the mall .

Great home with great hosts!

Upon arrival, I felt very welcomed in the home. The room was spacious, with a nice sized closet and drawer space at the foot of the bed. Peaceful, quiet environment. Ms. A and Mr. K were very friendly and helpful with everything! They replied via text or emails in a timely manner, and they always checked in to make sure things are fine. I will definitely stay again if I am working in the area!

Comfortable, Clean, Quiet Home with Wonderful Owner

I loved my stay at this property. The shared spaces were always kept clean and tidy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine. When there were issues, the owner was always responsive, readily available, and communicative. She is a real advocate for her tenants and wants them to have a great stay in her home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Clean, Organized, and Quiet

I had a great experience living here for 3 months. The home is very clean and neat. It has everything you need for your stay (bedroom desk, kitchen utensils, bathroom toiletries, etc). The house is very quiet, you rarely run into other people. A and K, the owners, couldn't of been more welcoming and genuine people. They are very responsive. I highly recommend booking if they have availability!

Dont hesitate your luck if its open

This has been the best place Ive stayed at during an assignment. The house is super quite even with the other roommates. They have everything so organized to serperate everyones food and bathrooms products. If anything comes up the host deals with it immediately and they put in extra safety precautions to make sure this is a safe place such as alarms for there gas stove. If I could stay here for every assignment I would.
