Quiet, Convenient Stay
Cute place and worked for what I needed when I needed it. Convenient to I-15 and I-805 and super close to North Park. Really liked that there was a little yard, A/C, a WD in unit, and a nice mattress. Unit could use some studier furniture and better utensils/pots and pans though, and the landlord was a bit reluctant when contacted about issues and requests. I overall felt safe in the neighborhood but the unit is located in the alley so just make sure you go check it out first and you're comfortable with that.
