Cozy, private, great location!

Fully equipped, nicely decorated, private, peaceful, so close to amenities and the coast! Kera and Hanif were responsive to needs/queries. I would definitely come back. It has been a very pleasant stay this past January.

A Sanctuary

I stayed here for 9 weeks during my clinical rotation and I wish it could have been longer! This home is spacious, beautiful and bright, and has everything that you could need. It is very clean and updated. The home has a lot of privacy, both inside and outside on the patio, and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and beautiful. It is very close to grocery stores, shopping, and Hwy 1 which made the location very convenient. Kera and Hanif were wonderful hosts, they were attentive and friendly! I would highly recommend staying here, it was a sanctuary :)

Loved this home!

This clean, cool, comfy home provided me with everything I needed for a wonderful stay. Comfy bed, skylights, a full kitchen, huge bathroom, fantastic shower. The loft is a cool getaway space or playful nook. Great location close to everything Monterey and Seaside. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great neighborhood. Quiet, safe.

Amazing stay!

I stayed here for my 13 week contract and had the greatest experience! The ADU is quite safe and peaceful. It is stocked with everything and anything you would ever need. The owners are so kind and accommodating. Five stars for sure!

Renovated, clean home away from home

I stayed in this unit for 6 months and it was such a comfortable stay! The attention to detail K and H put into designing and furnishing the unit made the stay very convenient and cozy, I had zero complaints about my home away from home. It was also a great unit to host guests. There was always safe street parking in front of the house, with convenient access to Hwy 1. The unit is very private, and when the weather was nice and I had the windows open I could hear their children playing outside, which I enjoyed. I would highly recommending staying here!

This home is cozy and clean and has everything you can think of! The bathroom is luxurious and the kitchen is top notch! K and H are very responsive and friendly!

Home sweet Seaside!

This home could not have been sweeter! It is beautifully built, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Located on a quiet street and completely fenced off from the owners house, this was like our own little oasis in sunny Seaside. The upstairs loft is a cozy bonus room, which we used as an office. My husband and both I work from home, and the internet was speedy, even when we were both on video calls. The bathroom is honestly luxurious, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, even salt and pepper! We loved staying here!

I stayed here with a friend and it was bigger than what we were expecting in the pictures. House was new, clean and had all the things you needed. K and H were quick about responding to any issues that we encountered. Our favorite parts of the house was the spacious bathroom and kitchen storage. Parking was also always available on the street. It was an easy and quick commute to Monterey and all of the neighboring towns. We loved it here and would definitely return if we had the chance to.

Awesome Little House

Everything I need it was there and more. This was a very nice place, I had a lot of room for a small house. Everything I needed was there and more. The hosts were very kind and planned out this place perfectly for their guest. Host were fast to respond to text, fix any issues I had, and had good suggestions for places to explore. Very happy with my stay here and would stay again. Quite peaceful place.
