I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! It's a true gem in PVD-beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The location in Federal Hill is fantastic, on a quiet street but just steps from wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, shops, and everything the neighborhood has to offer. The home is very well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay, including a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and convenient laundry. I work remotely and felt at home rather than in a temporary rental. Scott is an outstanding host-friendly, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making your stay a great experience. He made settling in easy and was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. I enthusiastically recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Though I worked at St Annes in Fall River, MA, this location in Federal Hill, Providence, RI was easy to access from the highway. The two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room gave my plenty of space to live with my remote working husband, our two dogs, and another traveler. Scott is a communicative host who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in New England. So much good Italian food in our neighborhood and Providence is very accessible by foot. I hope to come back to enjoy the summer months!

cool neighborhood

This home is in a cool neighborhood. walking distance to many, many local shops, coffee spots, and restaurants. Also, it is close to the hospital. I often walked. Scott is a very funny dude, and he gave us a walking tour of the neighborhood and recommended places to eat. He was right on! All of the folks who stayed on the upper floors were cool and friendly.
