Honestly this house is very cozyy and comfortable! loved the backyard which is perfect if you have any pets since they have a good amount of space! They respond fast when needed which is even better! loved my stay and would definitely recommend

Edison house

I had a great stay here. The landlord is super responsive and very helpful. My dog loved the huge yard. Neighborhood is quiet despite being near major cross streets. I had a dog walker come by and the neighors called to ensure everything was okay. I have never met these people but it was nice to know everyone is looking out for their neighbors. Everything is as advertised.

Nice little house

Its a clean property and has a nice big back yard. The neighborhood is pretty quiet considering its so close to Grant Rd. The kitchen is large and well stocked and the mattress I used was very comfortable with good bedding. Good AC/heat. All and all a comfortable place to stay. The landlord is very pleasant.

Spacious!

This property is spacious and cozy all at the same time. Big backyard for enjoying the Arizona night sky. While I was staying at this property, J replaced the hot water heater and it is beyond amazing. He is such a great landlord. He truly does go above and beyond for his guests. Hes always there if you need anything.

Cute House

Great house with a big backyard. Very close to nearby hospitals. I travel alone with my dog and felt the neighborhood was safe and the neighbors were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay here and the landlord is great! Very nice guy and easy to get in contact with.

Excellent Location and great space!!

Highly recommended house, great location with lots of space, nearby major Hospitals and close to very nice grocery stores. Landlord is very responsive and always made sure everything was taking care of in a timely manner!!!
