I leased out this studio for about 9-10 months. The owners are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and respectful. They are also very communicative and answered me in a timely manner whenever I reached out. I had no issues during my entire stay there. All appliances worked great, there is not a washer and dryer but there is a laundromat less than 2 minutes away. There isnt much of a noise barrier but the family was considerate to be mindful of the noise. Everything was clean and suitable for my time there. Winthrop is a beautiful and safe city as well. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
