Wonderful Place and Landlord

Landlord is very prompt to respond to any questions I had. The place was clean and ready for my move in and even had a really nice pleasant and nostalgic scent. It gave a home-like feel and I'd definitely come back when next I have a work trip here if it's available. Highly recommend!

Very Bad Experience, Travelers Beware

This experience was a nightmare. Upon arrival (after paying $1230 in fees) the unit was filthy, had not been cleaned, bed unmade, garbages full, broken chairs, wet towels in piles on the floor, and the walls were covered in thick MOLD! As if that's not enough, the entire unit smelled strongly of smoke. The property manager was manipulative and condescending. I immediately had to find emergency housing as my work contract was beginning and I was not comfortable sleeping in a location full of mold. The property manager agreed the entire wall needed to be replaced, still, he kept my $1230. After following the proper channels and being advised by Furnished Finder to leave this review, the manager refused to refund even part of my money and threatened my job by reporting me to my employer... Please save yourself an enormous and expensive headache and do not rent from this location.

cute, quaint apartment w/ good location

This property was perfect for a 1 person apartment. Just the right amount of space. It's very cute and has everything you need, including own AC unit, space heater, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. I felt very safe in the area, it is across from a church and close to a school. It also has a locked gate with a separate key before you even get to your front door for extra security. It is also walkable to a lot of restaurants in Fells point, great location, close to the harbor. A was a wonderful landlord. He was so nice and extremely responsive! Addressed any concerns I had and never had to wait for a response! Very flexible as well. I give it 4 stars only because parking could be tough at times but I always found a spot and you could hear tenants above but the landlord was working on sound proofing the walls. Definitely would recommend!!
