Exquisite 2/2 Townhome with King Size Bed and Private Terrace Gated Community

I would never recommend this house! The team is charging too much for cleaning. I already paid 100 dollars for the house cleaning. And they charged me additional 100for a stain on sofa! We tried our best to keep the house clean, and I also agreed to pay them 30 for the stain cleaning. But they just charged me 100 without providing any proof for the extra cleaning!when I ask the rest deposit back they don't answer you anymore! They kept the money of their own! They would charge at whatever they want from your deposit! Ba careful about your deposit, you will probably lose it. It's hard to communicate with them , they are robbing your money for ridiculous reasons. If you manage a rental housing , you will definitely get some dirt of the house. If you don't want your house get any dirt, then don't rent your house!

Owner is very friendly, and great communication. She helped me out in my time of need. Home is very cozy, anything you can think of is supplied, all you have to do is go food shopping, and get your food i would definitely rent from them again!!
