Home away from home.

Pictures dont do any justice. When it says fully furnished it really does mean fully furnished. Beds are super comfy. Really really clean. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Overall stay was absolutely a 10/10 hands down. If Im ever in the area again Id definitely stay here. Owner is quick to answer any and all questions.

Great place, clean and conformable. Not far from anything you would need. Best of all it was quiet. Host communication is perfect. Answers within minutes.

5 Stars! AWESOME house, landlord and neighborhood!!

My fianc and I moved into Cs place in November of 2022 and stayed for a total of 10 months. We started off staying in the basement for two months but decided to move upstairs when it was available. The property has a huge backyard with fruit trees to pick off of during the summer and a fire pit. Its a great neighborhood, everyone is very friendly. Inside things are well furnished and cozy and the beds are really comfortable (even the pull-out couch). Both places are equipped with everything youd need for basic living. C is an awesome landlord, he is kind and extremely responsive to anything that weve needed! He is just overall a really good person. If we didnt have to leave Utah for work we would love to continue living here and would certainly come back.
