Great experience and the short term solution we needed

great stay

My boyfriend and I rented this space for 3 months while we each worked at local hospitals. Both commutes were convenient and one was walking distance. The place is well-equipped and clean, with great location close to downtown. Quincy was accommodating and provided us with fans when the weather was a bit warm, and was always responsive. The road can be a little noisy as people tend to go over the speed limit but it felt like a safe neighborhood. Overall would highly recommend!

amazing spot

I stayed here briefly between contracts and it was perfect! My dog loved looking out the big front window. It was close to everything, but felt safe enough having it be near plenty of family neighborhoods. Q was very easy to communicate with and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great rental close to the hospital! Hosts were great and quick to respond whenever I reached out. Would highly recommend!

Great stay for 2 nurses and 2 dogs

We started here for a 3 month contract with our dogs and it worked out great for us. You share a driveway and yard with the back house but our neighbors didn't have dogs and worked opposite schedules so having a semi private space in the back worked out. We lived when there was carpet but I'm pretty sure the host remodeled when we moved out and now it's hardwood. Great location to hospitals in Salinas. Will stay again if we travel back to the area.

Perfect home away from home

This place was the perfect home for my husband and I with our dog. We worked at Natividad and had a quick 10-15 minute drive. The area is very safe and we felt comfortable walking outside at night. The only problem with the place was that the thermostat broke a couple times but Q was quick to have someone come out and fix it. There is also no air conditioning but because this part of California never gets really hot, it wasnt a problem. Overall we were very happy and would highly recommend staying here!

Great long-term stay!

This house is clean, comfortable, and has everything a traveling professional needs for a long term stay! Having a washer and dryer at the house as well as parking made things a lot easier for my roommate and I too. Q was very sweet, helpful, and understanding during our entire stay and made sure we felt at home while there. Highly recommend renting with her!

Great stay in Salinas

My fiance and I stayed here for a 13 week contract and it was great! Safe location, very comfortable and clean. Q was a responsible and attentive landlord. We would stay here again :)

Perfect pet friendly stay in Salinas

This is a great pet friendly fully-furnished rental property in Salinas. Q does everything possible to make sure your stay is comfortable and stress free. The house has all the kitchen and bath equipment that you need to live comfortably. There is also plenty of extra storage in the laundry room/shed. The neighborhood is quiet & safe with a quick walk to SVMH. Salinas is a great area that is only 20 minutes to Carmel beach and 45 minutes to Big Sur. I highly recommend this pet friendly long term rental.

Great home in a GREAT neighborhood

This house was a wonderful home away from home for the duration of our travel contract. I am a stay at home husband/ dog dad/ enthusiastic home cook and couldn't ask for a better place. The kitchen has just about everything you would need, sharp knives, new pans, cutting boards and great dinnerware. The house is clean, bright, and comfortable. The location also merits a mention being walking distance to SVMH and a short drive to Natividad. Grocery choices are plenty as well, I chose Raleys Nob Hill for most things but a lucky and star groceries are very close as well. Although Romie Lane is quite busy, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and well kept with friendly neighbors. If you are streaming the wifi should be fine, however, if you are also working from home it may be a little slow since it is shared between this house and the property behind. All in all, I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Nice area

Great home in a nice area. Quaint and comfortable. You can walk to Salinas Valley Memorial hospital. Close to lots of restaurants and a short drive to Monterey and Carmel.

Cute house walking distance from downtown and work at Salinas Valley Memorial. I had a very nice stay in Salinas. I walked to work most days and biked the others. Just loved the house and Q is very helpful if I have questions. If I come back to Salinas to work I will definitely see if this house again.
