My s/o and I stayed here for about 5 months and it was great! The best furnished finder we have stayed in thus far. It is so spacious and comfortable. You are a 5 min drive to Sanford and are walking distance to a milkshake place (: The place has a ring door bell, which you get access to as well as a camera over the garage. The duplex neighbor is also quiet and friendly (s/o Fred!) If I ever take an assignment in SF again I will be staying here!

Best traveler apt!

I stayed at this apartment/ duplex for 4 months and it was the best I've stayed at so far. The landlord is a nurse and was a traveler so knew what was needed for us. Make it your #1 choice and you won't be disappointed. Especially in the winter - garage is key!

Great little place.

Great little duplex. The one car garage had enough room for my trailer and my HD trike. The downtown is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. If I ever go back to Sioux Falls I will definitely try to rent it again.

Home away from home

Wonderful place away from home while on assignment and that allows dogs. My two dogs both loved this place with the large back yard and spacious living small. A was a great landlord and always checked in to see if I needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Place

This is a great place. Very spacious. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and A was a great landlord! He always answered quickly when there was any questions

Excellent location for a temporary home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of space and all the equipment and furniture that we could need. The yard was great for our small dog, driveway allowed access for 2 cars, and neighbor is wonderful. Location is central, providing easy access to shopping and getting to know the city. A is a very good landlord, responded quickly to any requests or needs, and helped us get settled. We highly recommend this home for anyone needing a short, furnished stay in Sioux Falls.
