Affordable Mid Term Rental Furnished

I lived in this property for months & cannot recommend it. It is decorated nicely & includes amenities such as a combo washer/dryer that is small but works. It is close to town, though not in the best area. There is no clothes closet in the unit, but there is a rod positioned above the w/d that is acceptable for smaller items. Unfortunately, privacy was a huge issue for me while here. The walls between the units are paper thin, to the point that I could clearly hear both sides of my neighbors phone conversations and even my neighbor breathing at night. The complex is undergoing construction leading to additional noise from 6am to even after midnight at times. There is access to outdoor space, however it is hard to enjoy it. I ended up deciding to move despite still having a few months left on my work contract here and found another spot in town that was cheaper, larger, with nicer amenities, and just as close to town that did not charge me extra cleaning fees for my registered ESAs.

I really enjoyed my stay here

It is out in the country but only about 3 minutes from shopping. It is also very close to the hospital. The property is clean and safe...it is above a large garage surrounded by a fence. R will get you anything you need. I asked for a table and chair so i could scrapbook and he had it there the next day. I love the dishwasher! It is perfect size for 1 person. R respects your privacy and responds to texts quickly. If I'm back in the area, i would definitely stay here again

Amazing and private

This place is so perfect for a medical worker who values privacy! You will have everything you need and if you have any questions R and R are always there to help! If I ever need to come back to Moses Lake I wont even consider any other place! Im so glad that I found this apartment and Im very thankful.
