Good short stay
Fully furnished w nice furniture. Owner fast with responses to any problems. Cleaner does a good job every 2 weeks.

Comfortable and quaint. The property is clean no-weekly and pest control is routine. If anything is out of the ordinary let D know. He hospitable, great at responding timely, and prompt in resolving issues.

Sacramento stay
Stayed for a travel nurse assignment. D was very responsive and helpful especially when I had trouble with my Venmo. The property was located close to everything. There was housekeeping biweekly which kept everything clean. D kept in contact and really accommodated everyone. I would stay again.

Great Stay
Had an amazing stay at this property, the host D was very attentive to the needs of his guests. The room was spacious enough for my day to day needs. The bed was comfortable which made for many restful nights. There was monthly housekeeping that came to clean the common areas. I highly recommend this property.

Great Host and Great Accommodations
This was my 1st time using Furnish Finders and I have to say, that if Furnish Finders host are all like D than this is the way to go! D was an awesome host, very on responsive and understanding. I think would absolutely recommend this place.

Great host and great place.
The host has been such an amazing host that was flexible, attentive to my needs and very reliable. He was so communicative and easy to reach and always willing to accommodate. He even allowed me to extend another day at no cost. The room was so comfy and clean. I will definitely be booking again and highly recommend it!

Peaceful and cozy space
I had a positive experience staying at this property for the duration of my travel nursing assignment. The neighborhood/location is very safe and it's fairly close to everything; malls, hospitals, downtown, restaurants. The house is cozy and spacious. Common areas were clean and well maintained including the bathroom! D is a very reliable host and responds quickly to address any questions/concerns.

Awesome host
D is an awesome host, always respond quickly and address the issue in the house right away. Me and my cats has a great experience and wonderful roommates in the house. I would love to come back there if I got another travel assignment in Sacramento.
