Horrible experience
This may look like a gem but is in bad part of Rock Island I had two cars one totaled and another broken into twice in three months. You aren't allowed to have anyone over per the rental agreement if you ask for someone to visit she will charge you more and forget your deposit she charges a $100 for her to clean it and nickel and dime your deposit with things you didn't do to the place go find a place in Iowa stay away from Illinois

Nice home
Small, clean home with necessary amenities includes. This home was quaint and clean. It was perfect for 1-2 people. The property manager was kind and quick to respond. I only incurred one issue while staying here and the owners were quick to respond. There were quite a few spiders but was told that they would spray again for them. Otherwise, there were no other issues. My stay here was nice and Id recommend it to others.
