Loved Casita Chapman!

Eddie and his family were amazing hosts (including his doggo Dexter!) The place looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for me and my dog. I was there for 3 months and didn't have any issues. I felt like I had plenty of privacy but they were there for me if I needed anything. Eddie even installed a key code for the door so it was easier for me to coordinate with my dog walker. The neighborhood was great - super safe and quiet and plenty of places to walk my dog. I am very thankful to have met them and will definitely rent from them again if am in the bay area in the future. Thanks guys!

Cozy, upscale studio in a great location

This studio has everything needed for a short or long stay! It is cozy, clean, quiet,comfortable, private and safe. It is in a perfect location; walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, or the college campus. It is a short drive to downtown and parks for fun activities. E is a great landlord and very responsive to anything needed in the casita.

Wonderful

Brand new studio. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Street parking always available. Short drive to laundry. This studio is super nice! The rain shower, big screen TV, back patio and hot tub make this a luxurious stay and the bed was so comfortable. Dexter the French bulldog is super cute and protects the property. Owner Eddie communicated well and corrects things immediately. Highly recommend!
