beautiful stay

M was a wonderful host during my stay. Her apartment had everything I needed and more. She outlined very detailed instructions for check in and check out and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. This area is safe and the apartment itself is secure as you need a fob to get into any part of the building as well as the stairwells. The complex has beautiful modern amenities and the apartment is nicely decorated and is very spacious with plenty of kitchen space. There is plenty to do in this midtown/uptown area as many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall definitely a 10/10 stay, I would make this a permanent stay if I could and lived in Phoenix full time.

Modern, Clean, Comfortable Apartment Home with Exceptional Amenities!

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months, and it was everything I could have asked for and more. All of the amenities are so nice and the apartment is very clean and homey. M is an expert communicator and was always immediately attentive to my questions and needs. I genuinely could not have picked a better place to stay during my time in Phoenix.

Amazing 1 bedroom apartment!

I cant emphasize enough how amazing this apartment was! It was so clean, had everything we could have possibly needed and the set up was great! The apartment came with needed supplies and appliances and it was also very spacious. There were many perks to this complex including the pool, hot tub along with the entertainment room, Starbucks machine in lobby, corn hole & more. There is also a parking garage which is great during the hot days. We loved our time here and highly recommend it!!!
