The Best Rental in Santa Rosa!

I dont think I could have chosen a better place to live while living in Santa Rosa! R has added her warm touch everywhere to make this house a home. She supplied all of the essentials and more, making my stay so seamless! The rooms are spacious and had great natural lighting. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, hosting, and the family room was my favorite place to wind down after a long day at work. The electric fireplace is the amenity I didnt know I needed!! The location is also perfect close to downtown and freeway access, but also lies in a safe family neighborhood where you can feel good about parking your car and walking around at night. R is the ideal landlord to rent from, as she is friendly, hospitable, trustworthy, and so respectful! She responded very quickly to any furniture/appliance issues and was very attentive to all of my needs. I highly recommend this home and am SO sad to be leaving!

Adorable Macaron Room!

The house is convenient to all three hospitals here in Santa Rosa as it's close to the freeway, making it easy to cover shifts. Also, it is near Costco, a great place for full-tanking my car. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything I may need to cook. I was just too lazy to make my meal, so I always had my food delivered :P. I work nights and find the neighborhood safe and quiet as I sleep during the day. The host is fantastic, hands-on, and considerate of my needs. She respects my privacy for the whole duration of my stay. Also, I enjoyed living here along with her two playful cats. I loved the home-baked french macarons she makes too! Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would genuinely recommend this place.
