This rental is almost the entire 2nd floor living room king bedroom and private bath. The kitchen is on the 1st floor and the washer and dryer are in the basement. The ironing board is always up I have Netflix, Hulu, and Prime available
I have a small store on the first level and the kitchen is also on that level. I will put blackout curtains if needed

M is a lovely lady who provided a warm and homey place to stay. I was a long way from home away from my family and she made me feel so welcome! The property is clean and well furnished with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I had everything I needed, from a private bath to a nice room. The house was always warm and comfortable and I could come and go as my crazy schedule allowed. M is a true delight and I would choose to stay with her again. I only left as I needed to take residence in corporate housing in preparation for my family joining me this summer. I am blessed that I gained a wonderful friend from this experience.
Great location for access to highway and stores nearby. M was a wonderful Lessee and understanding of my night shift schedule. Notified me in advance with anything that may effect my schedule and was a joy to rent from. A++ would recommend!

I have a large house and it's just me in it. My store is on the first floor and so is the kitchen The room available is on the 2nd floor with a private bath on the 2nd floor also The living room with a TV is on the 2nd floor. It is a shared space that I rarely ever go in. Laundry and ironing board is in the basement. The kitchen is on the first floor with everything you could want in a kitchen
