Beautiful Condo

Wow!! If you are looking for a beautiful, clean and lovely community, this is the condo for you. We had a wonderful two months vacation at this property!! The condo was beautiful, well maintained and fully furnished with lots of bedding, kitchen supplies, and even items for the pool & beach. This property is located close to the beach, grocery stores and many restaurants! The leasing agent, Rich was so nice to work with and always answered my text and calls in a very timely manner. We could not have asked for a nicer stay and hope to be back very soon! Laura B.

Great for healthcare workers!!

As a healthcare traveler, this property was absolutely perfect. Richard was wonderful and easy to chat with. The condo has a convenient elevator, which made moving in a breeze, and its located in a safe, gated community with incredibly friendly neighbors. The condo itself is spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully equippedideal for a healthcare worker who needs restful sleep at odd hours. The queen bed is super comfortable, and the large closets (with plenty of hangers). The master bathroom is huge, with a lovely shower, and the brand-new washer and dryer worked flawlessly. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, including high-quality appliancesno need to bring anything extra. The fast and reliable internet was a huge plus, especially since my husband works remotely. Best of all, the property is only seven minutes away from HealthPark Medical Center and Golisano Childrens Hospital. This was a lifesaver when rushing out the door in the morning, and both facilities were wonderful places to work. I cant say enough good things I will absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Very Pleasant Stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. Plenty of space, clean, cable tv and fast wireless internet. Designated parking spot plus other parking for guests if needed. Big community pool with a hot tub. Gated entry. Landlord Rich is very nice and responds quickly. Would stay here again without hesitation!

charming 2 bedroom confo

This condo was like a true home. House was fully furnished with everything you would need. Very conveniently located close to everything, including beach, shopping and Healthpark hospital. Landlord R was amazingly accommodating and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Definitely will be coming back to stay here in the future!!!

Perfect Stay

What a perfect stay! Rich went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed during the month we were here. We wish we could've stayed longer but it was already booked. Heritage Pointe has everything you could need : Pool, Gym, Hot Tub. Its quiet and clean and central to everything. This was a perfect place for us to stay while we were in transition to move. If you are looking in this area and this condo is available, don't hesitate!

Clinical stay

Im a 25 y/o F grad student who was in need of housing for a local clinical rotation. I rented here for two months, and it was great. Clean, safe, great location, and perfect for what I needed. Its about 8 minutes from the beach, which was nice after a long day. Its also located on a lake with a balcony, and beautiful sunsets. I had everything I needed here, and R was more than accommodating. :) would definitely stay here again if Im in the area!

SAFE, QUIETE, and CLEAN! Rich is a great landlord. If there is a problem, he is on it and is always friendly. 10/10, highly recommend!

Snowbird heaven

We are snowbirds and very happy to be here. This condo is comfortable, well furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owner is very welcoming and attentive to anything you may need. It is so peaceful to sit on the lanai with a view of the lake while awaiting a beautiful sunset. The walking path around the lake is great exercise and very pleasant. The building has an elevator which is a bonus along with the pool and hot tub. The beaches, restaurants and shopping are close by. This is our second winter here and we look forward to many more in this great community with friendly neighbors.

Heritage pointe #424

Beautiful condo, very nicely appointed, very clean modern. Especially loved the lanai overlooking the pond and pool enjoying the evening sunset. Very quiet location handy to stores, markets and beaches. Enjoyed walking around the grounds and its the type of community where every resident you meet is greeting you with a smile and wishing you good morning or have a great day. Ive heard so many people say Its another day in paradise We cant wait to come back next year.

Great time at Heritage Point

I am a travel psych nurse and was In desperate need of affordable, clean, safe housing. R and his wife are very good landlords. R was very responsive professional and accommodating letting me come to look at this beautiful place after work which was kinda late in the evening. They made sure I had everything I needed and then some. They were prompt, courteous and respectful of my profession and were there to offer assistance if needed however did not infringe on my personal time. I loved this condo and its location esp the short distance from the beach. My friends were allowed to visit and we needed nothing to take to the beach because they had provided everything. This place is close to everything, was very clean, and spacious I loved watching the sunset and listening to the rain from the patio undercover. Everything is included for your stay just bring your clothes. I would highly recommend this beautiful property and these wonderful people!! Thanks guys..

Fort Myers Gem!

We stayed at this property for my first contract in Fort Myers and it was lovely! R is a very attentive homeowner and was quick to respond on the couple instances that we needed assistance. The apartment is well equipped for a family with lots of extras that most places don't think of, like a hand mixer and a crock pot. We were heartbroken that the place was already reserved when I was asked to extend my contract, as we would've much preferred to stay here for the duration!
