Lovely Unit

This unit was truly great. The amenities were all modern and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly prompt and helpful in addressing all of my inquiries. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to both the highway and supermarkets. I also felt very secure in the neighborhood, and the parking spot was a nice bonus.

Cute & Cozy

Had the pleasure of staying at this cute little ADU for an entire year while contracted in San Jose. Its clean & up to date. Very cozy for a solo traveler or couple looking for a short term stay. There's an outdoor patio in the back and a designated parking space right outside your front door. The unit is attached to the big house by a shared wall but there is a soundproof door that closes of the main space. Neighbors were extremely kind & welcoming. Host is very responsive & met all my needs. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. The family does have birds that can get pretty screechy during the day but nonetheless, I would 100% book again if Im in the San Jose area!

I really enjoyed staying in this unit. The landlord was very friendly and met with me initially to discuss the lease. I enjoyed the property manager being so helpful an accommodating. I would definitely stay with them again.

Amazing!

Absolutely loved my stay! The hosts were amazing and very responsive to any needs/questions I had. Location was perfect. Lots of different restaurant options, shopping, and a quick drive to the hospital I was a travel nurse at. The unit itself was very clean, updated and private. Had everything I needed and more. Parking was nice as well. I couldnt recommend this property more!

San Jose Stay

The property is brand new and up to date! Parking on site which is an added bonus! Very quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and landlords were very helpful with any questions!

Modern private cottage

Enjoyed staying at this studio. Everything is brand new and T and C were very accommodating to anything I needed. There is ample street parking anytime of the day. This is also in quiet neighborhood.

I have not stayed at this place, but I did stay at another property owned by T. He was very flexible, accommodating and a great landlord. The place was in pristine condition and he was responsive when I reached out to him for assistance.
