The Channel Islands Harbor (~20 min away) has duffy, kayak, jet ski, and SUP rentals. Farmers Market each Sunday and many waterfront restaurants and bars.

Hobie beach in Oxnard. Oxnard has beautiful, soft sand beaches away from crowds.

Ventura Harbor (15 minutes away). Fresh Seafood market every Saturday morning. Many cute waterfront restaurants and shops.

Camarillo Premium Outlets (10 min away) featuring Coach, Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Lululemon, Adidas, Nike, Saks off 5th and more.

Ventura Pier (10 minutes away) with Made West brewery, Beach House Fish, and Beach House tacos located on the pier for prime beach views.

Great studio, wonderful owners

This was a great place to stay during my three month contract in Oxnard. The studio was private and had everything I needed. The property is fenced in and feels very safe. What made this place special was the owners. They are very kind and responsive. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I was very grateful to have found this listing and I would recommend it to others/ stay here again if I return to the area.

Great stay!

Super clean, brand new furnishings and lots of space inside. Comfy bed, slept great I fell asleep before watching any tv that even came with HBO, Netflix and Hulu to choose from. There was a really big kitchen space I could have cooked in, but there were lots of amazing taco trucks a few blocks away I couldnt resist. The owners were friendly and made me feel super welcome and accommodated all my needs. Will definitely use this rental again!
