Cozy, Safe and Seamless Stay

Stayed here for a 13 wk travel assignment. The apt was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. I felt safe throughout my stay, which is important to me a a traveling female. The landlords were professional—available and helpful when needed, while still respecting privacy. Definitely recommend.

I dont have anything negative to say about my stay. I was here for 4 months and Dale and Season were super kind to me. Anything that I needed they would always help me out and would try to accommodate to my needs as well. It was a great stay overall and would highly recommend.

Amazing stay

Dale and Season were incredible! They were gracious and generous we barely knew they were there, it was so cozy, quiet and convenient.. everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend this place as it is everything you would need..

Im a travel nurse, travel solo as a woman. One of my biggest concerns is safety, and I always felt totally safe while staying here. And if I ever needed anything Dale and Season were great with communicating and working around my schedule. The AC went out while I was there (it happens!) and they addressed it same day. Even installed window AC units while we waited for repairs. The property is just as pictured, and is about 8 minutes from YRMC East campus hospital. There were never noise issues, occasionally would hear a toilet flush. But thats about it. If I ever ended up working another contract in Prescott, I would stay here again :)

Home Away from Home

This is a safe and quiet one bedroom apt in the basement of the owner's home. However, it has great lighting with two windows in the bedroom, and two large ones in the living room / kitchen area each overlooking different views. It's furnished very comfortably, is impeccably clean and has all of the conveniences such as washer/dryer, pots & pans, an air flyer, stove top, and internet. The dynamics of my job changed and I stayed longer than originally anticipated but this turned out fine. Also, the owners are very prompt with communication if any need arises. Don't hesitate to book it!

Everything you need!

This cozy space has everything you need and is a perfect distance from so many attractions! I stayed here for 15 weeks as a travel physical therapist. I was so happy there was an in unit washer and dryer and a nice space to sit outside (with a wonderful sunset view). The natural light from the windows is wonderful and parking is easy as well. The owners, D and S, are so great and easy to reach and quick to help. I blew a circuit one morning and D fixed it right away after I texted him. It's quiet and private but great to know they are right upstairs if needed. One of my favorite things was the location! I went to Sedona so many times, visited the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, explored downtown Prescott, as well as so many local hikes or farther day trips for hiking/paddle boarding. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful!

We feel truly blessed to have been able to rent this great apartment from the Clarks. It is beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed. I especially appreciated having a washer/dryer in the apartment. You have your own private walkway to the apartment. You have your own back yard with beautiful views! The neighborhood is quieter than our old neighborhood. I was concerned that we might hear footsteps, voices etc. coming from upstairs, but honestly about the only noise you will hear from time to time is the toilet flushing. The Clarks have been wonderful to rent from. I highly recommend them.
