lovely little home

D & W are fantastic landlords. Great communication. We lived here nearly a year and we rarely had an issues, if one did arise they would handle it immediately. There were two of us staying in this studio and we enjoyed the space as small as it was. We extended our contracts a number of times and they were so great and accommodating for our last minute decision making. The space was brand new remodeled when we moved in. All new kitchen appliances and the shower was my favorite! Rain down shower to clean away the day at the hospital. They have a beautiful back yard / patio that we utilized. I worked at Eden and it was the easiest/best drive. The Castro Valley Market place proved to be our favorite place for groceries, dinner, coffee, happy hour. It honestly has it all. This space made our assignment in the outer bay area lovely. thank you D & W!

A gem for travel healthcare workers!

It was my first travel RN assignment and I'm glad I stayed up here. Pictures are accurate and everything I needed was there. Donna, the owner, was very warm and kind. She made sure I was comfortable and always said to just text/call her if I need any help. She even offered to help me with unloading when I first got there and with packing when I was moving out. The neighborhood was quiet. I felt safe walking to my car at 3:30 in the morning (my shift starts @ 4:00 sometimes) and late at night when I'm flying back from LA. I'm very satisfied with my stay here and would recommend it to any travel healthcare workers who will be assigned to the area.
