Awesome place to stay

I'm a travel RN who travels alone with her dog and this place was perfect for me. Unit is clean and has everything you need. Cameras outside gave me some extra security, the neighborhood was quiet and I never had any issues. Landlord is professional, accommodating and responds quick to any concerns or issues about the unit. If I were back in Denver I would stay here again!

Great unit!

Im a travel CT tech, came here solo to snowboard on my days off. Unit is perfect for 1 person and all my gear. Large, well maintained studio. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit was a major plus! Comes with parking, but there is a lot of street parking as well. Decent neighborhood, never had issues with my Amazon shipment, lots of shopping and food options near by. This unit has outside cameras. The landlord was responsive and easy to work with. I recommend this unit and would definitely stay again.

Just what you need :)

I am a travel RN who travels alone. This unit was the perfect amount of space for me. The fact that it is pet friendly is an amazing option; although I did not travel with pets this time. Everything is nicely updated and the full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit are a game changer and hard to fine at a reasonable price in the area! Also free off street parking is always a plus! I felt completely safe in the neighborhood and the unit even has cameras for added security if that gives some people extra peace of mind. The landlord, S, is readily available and very helpful with any questions you might have. Overall, loved it! Would rent again!

Outstanding From Start to Finish

Travel ICU RN here who used this location as a transitional place to stay while I got established in a more permanent job here in Denver. I stayed at this location when I relocated to Denver. The landlords were EXCEPTIONALLY professional, attentive and available for the entire duration of my stay. The location is clean, inviting and the furnishings were comfortable and clean. Anytime I ran into an issue or a question I could call and the landlords were always quick to respond. The neighborhood is an older more established area but I always felt safe in the area and found the neighbors to be friendly and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone needing a temporary space. Youll enjoy not only the property but the landlords kindness and professionalism!

Clean, quiet, peavedul

The property is very clean and peaceful. A lot of light for when you want sunshine, but also stays dark for when you need it. The landlords are great, very attentive, as well as the neighbors!
