Amazing Experience

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The space was clean and private. It was nice to have space to park in their garage. The roommate was accommodating and mindful of my night shift schedule. The landlord was excellent at communication and even provided new black out curtains to help with my sleep as I worked night shift. It was a nice and safe gated community. The location was very close to grocery stores, gyms, and the freeway.

I had an amazing experience staying here on a travel nurse assignment. The pictures and description of the property are very accurate. The place was clean, quiet, and I always felt safe here. It was great for me as a night shift worker as it offered a peaceful environment to sleep during the day. The pool was rarely busy during my stay which was a plus. I enjoyed having a garage and the gated community added an extra layer of security and convenience. The location had easy access to grocery stores, freeways, etc. The landlord was very responsive to any questions I had and the roommate and dog in the unit were very easy to get along with. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better setup, and I would definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious, SAFE!

I stayed here my last semester of nursing school at Grand Canyon University. A wonderful family owns this super cute, well decorated and clean townhome. They were always quick to respond to all (minimal) issues and questions I had, the area was safe and gated and I had no problems with any residents. Truly a great find and I cant thank them enough for how accommodating they were! The bedroom itself had great closet space and a dresser than holds a lot of clothes. Kitchen was smaller but very functional and spacious for dishes and pantry items. Very few electrical and plumbing issues and no extra fees popped up. 10/10 recommend if you need to be in the Phoenix area but want to be safe.
