Great condo and location

We’ve stayed in the Old Town area for several seasons, so we kind of know our priorities in what we’re looking for. This was a great location in a nice well-maintained complex with pools, a surprisingly well-appointed little gym, and convenient covered parking spot. The unit had a nice TV, serviceable furniture, and comfortable beds + good closets/drawer storage. (I appreciate a landlord who understands you do not want to live out of a suitcase for a multi-week or month stay!) Being on the second floor, it got decent light too. We didn’t use the balcony as much as we expected to, but it was nice to have that little bit of outdoor space.

Great place to stay!!

I was sad to leave here!! Such a nice place, comfortable beds, amazing shower. Perfect for nightshift nurses as well- very minimal outside noise. Also the pool is so fun! Everyone is so nice! The gym was a nice addition and the walking path behind the condos was perfect for our dog. They have dog meet ups at the golf course after hours! Beautiful views of camelback during sunset. Never felt unsafe either. Would rent again for sure!

Great Stay

Place was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet community right on the golf course. Pool was never too crowded and gym had all the basic necessities. Wouldn't mind staying here again if we ever needed to.

Great spot, great location, would stay here again

My husband, I and our dog recently stayed here for two months. Everything was great and exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, updated and had all the necessities for a longer term stay. We didnt run into any issues during our time there. They were also super quick to respond with any questions we had. The complex itself is very nice, safe and the neighbors are all super friendly. The pool and gym amenities were very clean and not overly crowded. There is also a designated parking spot thats covered and very accessible. The location is amazing and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great location!

My travel partner and I and our pets stayed at J's place for three months during our contract at a hospital in Phoenix. Condo was nice and clean. The location is phenomenal, 20 minutes into downtown Phoenix, and 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale (you could even walk if youre feeling fit). The condo complex is beautiful and dog friendly with easy parking, two pools, and fantastic and friendly neighbors. We even got close with a few during our stay who had us over for dinners and game nights. J is quick to respond to any questions. I would stay here again if we find ourselves back in AZ.
