Great property overall . Fantastic location that feels very safe and quiet . Great greenway walking path right across the street. Less than 10 min from downtown . Furnished nicely, super comfy beds . 10/10 recommend

Very Cozy

When I walked in I felt Home Sweet Home, with all supplies needed and more than expected. House was clean and smelling fresh. Quiet neighborhood and everything is so close and convenient. The landlord made this property feel welcomed. I recommend this property that is very safe and cozy that made me feel like home!

Clean, Functional, Super Comfy Beds

My wife, 2 year old son, our dog, and I all had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a two month stretch when a job change brought us to Greensboro. It was the perfect place for us to settle down and get familiar with the area as we looked for a permanent residence. L was extremely easy to work with as we didnt have a firm move out date. The condo had everything we needed to function on a day to day basis and we really only had to bring our essentials with us. I cant recommend the beds enough, my wife and I both have said they are the most comfortable we have ever slept on!
