Peaceful and quiet

I absolutely adore this house. The landlord keeps it extremely organized, and she is very clean. The house comes with air conditioning and kitchen appliances available for use. The room is spacious with a good size closet and my room came with a desk. If you want peace and quiet and a safe environment, this is the house for you. I personally love the hustle and noises of the city- but this is perfect for working professionals like myself and those who want to be close to the city (30min drive) yet have that "at home" feeling.

Poor communication and switches prices

Poor communication and delayed response. the landlord is not forthcoming coming with the price. It is listed for 800. I was quoted for 850 to 900. I was told that I would be sharing a bathroom with another person. When I arrived, I found out that Im going to be sharing a bathroom with a couple so three people sharing one bathroom. I had an emergency. and I notified the landlord. Mind you she already has my security deposit because Ive never heard of first come first serve for a rented room. I gave her the security deposit. Then we try to come to a solution. She threatens trespassing and I told her how can I trespass when you have my security deposit now and shes ignoring my call which was my hesitation because I thought I was getting scammed originally;but maybe I am getting scammed because she still has my deposit and has not returned it and I spent less than four hours at the premises.

Convenient and Affordable

The property has all the essentials available that I need and more. In addition, the balcony has an impressive view. Both the house and room are comfortable and spacious. Moving in only took a day and the room can easily fit personal items for short or long term stays. The owner is kind and responsive to any questions or concerns.

Great property and great landlord

M is a great landlord and the property is also great. Always clean, everything is new and functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean with. Location is also great for travel nurses. Close to a great golf course, gyms, grocery stores and also only a 30 minute drive to Seattle. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in renting!
