Loft Apartment near RiverWalk in Uptown Columbus

Top Notch!!

I stayed here long term for a work assignment. Basically lived there half of the week. Was sad to see it go out of my life! The Landlord is amazing! She communicates timely and well. She keeps the property in great condition with consistent landscaping and pest control. The few times I had a small issue (like internet,) she had it taken care of within the day. The location is amazing. Can basically walk to everything downtown yet I never had any issues regarding safety or crime. Will seek this place out again if my work life circles back around this way! P.S. shower is huge and very nice!

Loved my stay here

I loved my stay here at this place. She and her husband were very accommodating and very responsive as well. I'm a 5-foot-tall woman and never felt unsafe here. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. The place was very clean and I never saw any bugs because the landlords are on schedule with pest control. I realized a little too late that I did not need to bring half my kitchen because everything you need was supplied. The downtown area is cute to walk around in the daytime and Fountain City Coffee was my favorite to grab coffee at. Everything you need is close by as far as grocery stores. The only thing I didn't love was parking because I prefer to park in the shade, but there is plenty of parking here. Enjoyed my stay here and was sad to go. Highly recommend J's place.

Comfy and close to hospital

Nice little loft unit very close to both downtown and Piedmont Regional Columbus. Private with full kitchen, laundry, nice shower, living room with big tv and comfy bed. What else can you ask for? Owner is very nice and quick to respond! No issues and would happily stay again!
