5 Star Stay
The unit was very clean and comfortable! The landlords were very helpful, respectful and did everything they could to ensure a perfect stay! I couldnt have asked for a better place in ABQ!
Private and Quiet
Lots of natural light Very secure Close to tons of amenities Highly recommended. The private courtyard was perfect for our two small dogs to run and do their business without needing to be leashed. Close to UNM
studio apartment
I stayed in this studio apartment for approximately 12 weeks while working at Lovelace medical center. Overall it was decent & I would potentially consider staying again. Pros -very close to all downtown hospitals (5mins to LMC & even closer to Presbyterian) -newly remodeled & nicely furnished -off street parking -no *real*/major issues with noise control despite being in relatively close quarters with neighboring units -park across the street is nice & peaceful. Even though sketchy people definitely hung out there was never bothered -easy access to i-25 -landlord is easy to get a hold of & kind Cons -my keypad on door stopped working about a week into my stay & it was never replaced (despite being told it would be on numerous occasions) so I had to use a key for the majority of my stay- not the biggest deal but just a minor inconvenience -I dont believe units are sprayed for bugs so i often saw roaches, spiders etc. -fridge is only a hair bigger than a mini-fridge so I often could not fit a lot of food in the fridge/freezer and had to compromise about my storage space -no in unit W/D (so had to travel to different side of town for a safe laundromat) -my last week there the neighboring units had construction going on & needed the space where I parked clear however there was no notification of this prior so I was awoken in the middle of the day (on my work days) being asked to move my car more than once. Which was super frustrating. Landlord was very apologetic about this and stated she would speak to construction crew about this but nonetheless a major con for me is not being able to sleep on my work days. Overall I think this place is okay & would consider staying here again :)
