PERFECT STAY

Look no farther this place is perfect!! I have enjoyed staying here for 3 months on a nursing contract for work and consider myself so lucky to have found this beautiful apartment. The host is absolutely fantastic, everything I could think of I needed and never went without! From the kitchen items, to sheets, to bathroom items, to laundry. The apartment is gorgeously decorated and clean. The area is truly safe and the neighborhood is quiet, and clean. Location is perfect to downtown Richmond and lots of things to do. Stay here!! 10/10

Great in all aspects!

I had the pleasure of staying here for 6 months during a nursing contract in Richmond and loved it. The location is awesome, you are 10-12 minutes from downtown, near the river, 20min from Short Pump, and near the highway. Just within walking distance there are restaurants, walking/running trails, a park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and there are festivals at the park with live music too. The neighborhood is very safe, I never had any issues as a single female. The space is quiet, ample storage, and has everything you need. The landlady is awesome too, she is respectful of privacy and always willing to help. This place is a gem and look forward to staying again.
