Came For 3, Stayed For 6. No Regrets

As the title mentions, I had no plans to stay longer than three months, but had such a fantastic time that it was hard to leave after six months. Lovely family, lovely space with plenty of character and everything you need. One tip: Be mindful of what you keep in your car at night. The neighborhood is safe, but car break-ins are something to watch for across the Twin Cities area. Much love and thanks to Renee and her incredible family.

Home away from home

I spent a year in this amazing apartment! It truly was my home away from. Renee and Corey are wonderful and accommodating. The apartment had everything I needed. And being on the night shift, the house and neighborhood were very quiet during the day and made it easy to sleep. 10/10 would stay here again!

Awesome Stay

I stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks while working at the UMN hospital and had a great experience. It has everything needed for a long term stay and was super clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night (which is important in my book). I loved how it was decorated and enjoyed the views of the skyline. The owners are great and I knew that they would be available if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely rent the apartment again if I am ever working in the area in the future.

Great property!

R and C were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. I stayed there as a travel nurse while on assignment at Abbott Hospital, and the drive was only 5 minutes. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. I will definitely book again with them if I find myself in Minneapolis again!

Superb space & hosts

This suite was beyond perfect for me and my husband: incredibly clean, comfortable, quiet, well-stocked, beautifully set up, conveniently located, with strong wifi for remote work. R and C are generous, kind, responsive hosts--we enjoyed meeting them and they went the extra mile to take care of us during a snowy stay. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Abbott Northwestern Hosptial Housing

If you are working at Abbott Northwestern or the Children's Hospital, this is the place for you! The property owners provided a beautifully furnished suite with everything needed for my three-month long stay. From the energy efficient appliances to the well-equipped kitchen, R.M. has outfitted a lovely space that is showcased in the pictures shown in the listing. You will benefit from all of the amenities listed (Wifi, beautiful views, heated floors, etc) plus minimal noise and the loveliest host.

Great stay!

The apartment had everything that was needed for my stay. Street parking was always available. Close to highways and many city center attractions. The owners were prompt in attending to any requests I had. Would definitely book again!
