Avoid LiVV Properties
We booked a last-minute furnished rental with LiVV Properties in Old Hickory, Nashville, for weeks over Christmas. It was one of the worstthe property was filthy, poorly maintained, and the companys service appalling. Limited options forced us to stay through Christmas, but we left weeks early. Issues: Peeling Teflon pans; rusty, broken can opener. Ancient couch/rug. Weak stick vacuum. Cobwebs everywhere. Master closet: 4" mold on ceiling (sealed). Master shower: moldy (closed). King bed with queen sheets; no fan cover; thin mattress, springs poking through. Second bedroom mattress equally bad; ended up on twins in third. Upstairs carpet: ancient, heavily stained. LiVV offered holiday cleaningwe declined to avoid disruption/mold risks. Post-Christmas, we vacated and requested refund for unused days. They offered another property (declined). Belated Amazon fixes arrived as we left. They refused refund, citing re-renting issuesin that condition? Avoid LiVV Properties entirely.
