This space is in a basement and while the ceiling is insulated, you still do hear footsteps and other noises from the above unit.

Great studio near Raleigh
Stayed in this basement apartment for 3 months while working at WakeMed Raleigh. I cannot say it enough: the backyard is AMAZING! If you have a dog - you're a 10 min walk from White Deer Park walking trail and a 5 min drive from the dog park at Lake Benson park. The apartment furnishings are really nice and the landlord is very respectful about your space. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved this place!
If youre lucky enough to have the chance to stay at this property, jump on it! I had an awesome time staying at this place. It has everything you need and if not, the landlord Joseph, will do everything in his power to get you want you need. He made this stay very comfortable. The area is very safe and close to many stores, restaurants, and parks You are never at a loss for things to do. If I have a chance to take another contract down here in the future, I would 100% try to stay here again!

Awesome stay!
Had such a great stay at this amazing apartment. Landlord is so accommodating and incredibly responsive to any needs or issues. Felt very safe and secure. In a great neighborhood close to Wake Med and downtown Raleigh. Very quiet and great for a night shift nurse. Id definitely stay here again.
