Wonderful Stay

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Ms. Deborah was a great host, friendly and made my stay comfortable. The room was quite comfortable and convenient with the fridge and microwave in the room. Often quiet which was a plus because I worked night shifts. If I am ever needed to come to this area again, I will definitely book here again. Also, parking was never an issue as well.

Really Great stay!

This was a really pleasant and enjoyable stay! The landlady, D is a friendly and sweet person and really cares about her tenants comfort, and that they have a good stay! The room is bright, comfortable, including the bed, and quite. It's great having the fridge and microwave in the room but also having access to kitchen where I made salads, and often talked with D ! Always had parking without a problem! Looking forward to staying again when I'm back in LA! Thanks D! :)

Perfect location and experience

Miss D is an absolute joy to have as a landlord. It was my first travel contract. She made her home and treatment of me feel like I had a home away from home. It was nice to have her community be supportive and willing to help if car issues came up for suggestions. The neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood is safe and central to many hospitals and not too far from social activities and beaches. The rooms are decorated fabulously. The layout of the home lets you enjoy the common areas when you are feeling social or allows you to have a separate area for yourself for privacy depending on personal preferences. I would 100% rent again. The communication was excellent. I heard from her super fast when I inquired about the property. A kind individual who makes sure you are safe. Thank you for making my first travel experience very memorable.

This is a wonderful property in a great neighborhood. Beautiful, cozy and warm. It was like home away from home. Ms. D is a great hostess. She went the extra mile to make sure my stay was an enjoyable one. Easy access to highways, many stores and restaurants. Hospitals close by as well. The home is perfectly clean, quiet and safe. I highly recommend this home for individual travelers. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. I give this place 10 stars!

Home away from home

Ms Deborah is a fantastic host!!!She is quick to respond and very accommodating. Her place is clean, quiet and she respects your privacy. Room is nicely decorated room and you have a private bathroom.The place is close to shops, gym, LAX airport and hospitals all you need is in one place. If you are a travel nurse looking for quality budget friendly apartment close to hospitals this is the place to stay. I will definitely stay again if I come the area.
