Peaceful lake retreat

We thoroughly loved our time at this incredible lakeside retreat! From watching sunsets over the lake, to having morning coffee looking out at the lake, it was all so beautiful and peaceful. I was often there alone, but felt perfectly safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo!

A great, active winter homebase!

Stayed here four months in winter 2026 and would book again without hesitation. Jason and his wife are responsive and have clearly poured a lot of care into this place. It's the most well-stocked rental I've ever been in. Kitchen gadgets I didn't know existed, and anything you'd reach for is already there. The real standout is access to The Lakes community center across the street. Jason set me up on day one, and I was there almost daily for pickleball, swimming, and workouts. I had a regular pickleball group by day two. Always busy across all ages, with events that actually bring the community together. The neighborhood is beautifully maintained and feels like living at a resort. Working by the window was a highlight. Ducks coming up from the lake, sunsets that stopped me in my tracks nightly. Evenings I'd walk to Kiwanis Park on the canal trails. One honest note for remote workers: internet was 90-100 Mbps down but only ~10 up. Fine mostly, but worth knowing.

Beautiful stay

We had a lovely stay at this condo in Tempe! L and J were amazing landlords. They even came to help me when I had car troubles. We loved the fitness center right across the street and used the pool/ sauna almost every day. I loved having coffee on the porch with beautiful views of the lake. I hope to travel back to Arizona one day soon and I will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing hosts and location

Beautiful home with amazing location in a calm quiet neighborhood, walking distance from beautiful lake and park! Appreciate the hosts for being easy to communicate with and very attentive. Would definitely stay here again, appreciate the cleanliness of the condo and the in-house washer and dryer! Truly the hidden gem of Tempe! We saw no bugs or scorpions during our stay, the neighbors are friendly and what is best the neighborhood is safe and beautiful enough to go for a walk whenever you'd like. There is not a single negative thing I can say about the place, if it is available for your dates I would not hesitate.
