Best Stay
This studio was the perfect place to stay in San Diego. First off, it is located in a beautiful neighborhood 15 minutes away from everything. Anywhere I wanted to go was a short drive. Second, the place was fully equipped and functional with anything I could need. Beyond the property, S was an amazing host. She catered to my needs attentively. When the building required an internet maintenance, she opened her home for me to use her guest room so I can take my online proctored exam. She is responsive and caring. I am a satisfied tenant that would like to come back again soon.

Great stay
I had an amazing stay here, clean,quiet and great location. Having my own parking spot was a huge plus and AC during the summer was definitely a plus as well.

Long term stay in SD
Stayed at this property a couple times and I love it. Super quiet, yet central location. Theres a nice little coffee shop within walking distance around the corner. Will definitely be back again for my next long term stay in SD!

Nice little studio during my travel nurse assignment in San Diego
S was very accommodating. This is a perfect studio for a travel nurse! Good location and nice area.
