Great stay!

I had such a great extended stay at this unit! The unit is private, clean, and had all the amenities I needed as a single travel nurse. The neighborhood was also quiet, walking distance to a huge park. The location is also a short drive away to VCMC, groceries, restaurants, downtown Ventura and the beach, which was incredibly convenient Most importantly, Selby is an amazing host. She checked in regularly and communicated in a timely manner. She is so thoughtful as a host. Would love to stay at this space again in the future!

Great spot!

Easy parking, great location near the freeways, and a quick drive to the beach and Main Street. The decor was really pretty and made the space feel cozy. The landlord was attentive and quick to respond, which made the stay even better. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

great place!

I really loved my time living at this property! I stayed for about 5 months and it was perfect, close to the hospital and all the best areas of Ventura. The host is kind and amazing and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a short term place in the area :) I'm sad to leave!

oxnard property

Easy to access, quiet, clean. only downside was the a/c requires an open door and I travel with a pet. Otherwise, great space perfect for someone traveling to the area

New Renovated Place and Quite Neighborhood

Perfect place if you need an affordable and convenient place in short term. Very good and kind hosts, very professional and communicative host. Highly recommended!
