Excellent Stay

J'S place was perfect for my six week stay while working at a local hospital. Everything was as described and the full kitchen was well stocked with utensils along with a full fridge. Gated driveway parking sport was huge perk. Would recommend and stay again.

Cute, comfortable stay

My husband and I ended up staying here for 6 months through one contract and then an extension at Highland Hospital, which is only 12 min away. J is a really welcoming, accommodating host and is quick to respond and help since she lives at the front of the house and is readily available. The studio is small but comfortable and well-appointed, and the two of us didnt feel too crowded. The bed is pretty comfortable and has a remote to adjust the head and feet, and theres a really comfy recliner that we loved. The kitchen has everything you need and full sized appliances. It was super nice to have a parking space on the driveway, and the street always has available space too. One thing I would mention is that the surrounding area is pretty roughthe street the house is on is quiet and has mostly nice families, and we never had any problems or felt unsafe in or around the home. But its something to be aware of if youre worried about that sort of thing. It is Oakland after all!
