Great Summer Rental Experience!
I stayed for ~3.5 months over the summer (2025) and this place was fantastic. Jo Ann was very kind and accommodating! The place was private and incredibly comfortable! I sometimes had to work from home and the desk/internet setup worked great for my needs. It was also a prime location for anyone working near North County/Carlsbad area. I was able to get to work, Carlsbad Village (for food and coffee), or a beach to go surfing before work all in around 15 minutes! I would highly recommend this rental and if I return to the San Diego area I would likely reach out to Jo Ann first if I needed a short-/medium-term rental!

Jos place
I stayed at Jos beautiful studio for 2 1/2 months while transitioning from living in the USA to the UK. I cant say enough about this studio, it had everything I needed, and if there was something I needed, Jo was very quick to provide the item. I loved the private back staircase, leading up to your own huge balcony with entrance into the unit. Location is perfect close to shopping, hospitals, grocery stores you name it. Joe is the perfect host. She even invited us to a couple of her barbecues which we really enjoyed. I was such an asset to have a washer and dryer in the unit, and the bathroom is huge. This place is great for one or two people. When Im back in the area, Jos place will be my home away from home. Thank you, Jo!
