This studio is an absolute gem. Premier location: walking/biking distance to the bay, beach, and two blocks from grocery stores (Trader Joes and Vons). Recently built/renovated casita. The owners are truly special people who will make certain you are equipped with everything you need and respect your space. Had a wonderful stay here for over a year and would 10/10 recommend to any female seeking a safe, charming space in the heart of Pacific Beach. As an East Coast transplant, my time here felt like a permanent vacation.
