Not Worth the Price

We stayed in Unit 1 for 3 months when we relocated back to the area and honestly, we couldn't wait to leave. We payed $2500 a month plus electricity and the unit was absolutely not worth that. It was filthy when we moved in. Owner ultimately had to replace the couch and rug which smelled like pet dander and were stained. No central AC or heat. Old kitchen and bathroom with no water pressure in shower. Absolutely NO noise buffering between units. Could hear upstairs neighbor cough, snore, phone vibrate, etc. Him walking sounded like someone was going to fall through the ceiling. Also could hear noise from adjacent units both above and on same floor. Property manager was rude and condescending. Location is good and landlord was understanding when we chatted but that's about the only positives minus the in unit W/D.

Casablanca # 7

I stayed at Casablanca apartments for 3 months. They have a beautiful and spacious look, as well as being clean with nice furnishings. These apartments are conveniently located to local restaurants, stores, and anything you could possibly need. You can walk just about anywhere from these apartments, which is nice considering traffic and parking in the city can be a hassle at times. David the owner and his team are always available if you have any issues with the apartment also. The neighborhood is safe, which for me is a big deal considering I'm a single woman who travels for my job. I would definitely come back and stay here.
